PHOENIX (January 2010) – Start the New Year off on the right foot by capitalizing on Dr. Weil’s Immune Power Menu at True Food Kitchen. The three course prix fixe menu offers guests nutrient-rich ingredients that help support optimal immune function and boost the body’s natural defenses against everyday stressors.
The Immune Power Menu features three signature dishes for a value-driven cost of $18 per person and is available daily from 5 p.m. to close. While each dish provides a well-rounded array of health benefits, the culinary team at True Food Kitchen ensures great-tasting fresh, seasonal flavor remains the focus.

Immunity Soup – Astragalus Root, Shiitake Mushrooms, Broccoli, Tamari, Ginger & Garlic Broth
