Beth Halpern joined the Olson team in February 2006.  In addition to providing support to the entire account service team and all clients, Beth serves the agency in many ways – her key responsibilities including the creation of media coverage summaries, assistance with event planning and leadership on agency administrative and marketing projects.  She also is the friendly voice and fresh face who greets Olson callers and guests.

Beth has extensive experience in sales and operations in the media duplication industry. She spent 18 years assisting corporate clients with the design and delivery of their multi-media projects, ranging from video direct mail to interactive training programs to the packaging and fulfillment of media libraries.  She also spent several years as a corporate trainer in sales, CRM, and process improvement.  Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from The University of Iowa.
