Restaurant to Maintain Overall Theme with Unique Personality and Style

Chloe's Crop_smScottsdale, Ariz. (January 2009) – As of January 1, Chloe’s Corner, a familiar neighborhood gathering spot at Kierland Commons, changed ownership. The Fox Restaurant Concepts (FRC) eatery was purchased by General Manager and former employee Ashly Young who will continue the overall theme of the diner with her added personality and style.

“Ashly has been a star employee who really took Chloe’s Corner under her wing and made it her own,” said CEO Sam Fox of Fox Restaurant Concepts.  “She is the first employee to purchase one of our concepts and I know for a fact that the restaurant will be in good hands.”

Young is one of many employees who have worked their way up in the Fox Restaurant Concepts ranks throughout the years.  Having spent nearly fiveAshley-9 years under Fox’s mentoring, first spearheading the full-service bakery within Olive & Ivy during its initial launch, Young is an accomplished chef.  Fox worked closely with Young to carefully transition Chloe’s Corner to her new ownership, a process that was months in the making.

Chloe’s Corner will uphold all of the one-of-a-kind dining features for shoppers and those working and living in the area. Open for breakfast, lunch or an early dinner, the space will continue to provide the famous 50 cent cup of coffee along with Fox Restaurant Concepts’ signature service and hospitality in the upbeat, friendly and casual setting.

The restaurant will also continue to offer all of the signature classic American comfort foods, such as the popular Grilled Cheese, Hot Roast Beef Sandwich, Homemade Soup, Chopped Salad, breakfast sandwiches and more.  Additionally, the expansive grab n’ go case still provides a quick option for those wishing to take a Chloe’s Corner meal or snack to go.

Fox Restaurant Concepts will honor its gift cards, valued at all of the restaurants under the FRC umbrella, at Chloe’s Corner through March 31, 2010.  The restaurant is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday; and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. Visit Chloe’s Corner at Kierland Commons at 15215 N. Kierland Blvd, Scottsdale, Ariz., 85254, or for more information call (480) 998-0202 or visit the new Chloe’s Corner Web site at www.chloescorneraz.com.
